Aldi Best Vegan Christmas Food 2019
Last year I did a post about Aldi best vegan Christmas food 2018. This year they’ve upped their game once more so I thought I’d do another post with their new stuff!
Indian Snack Selection
This Indian snack selection includes 16 onion bhajis, 16 vegetable samosa and 16 vegetable pakoras. When I was little I didn’t like curry so I used to have a plate of this kind of stuff so they’re a favourite of mine. £3.49 each.
No Duck and Hoisin Spring Rolls
In addition to their vegetable spring rolls Aldi now have a meat free duck and hoisin version. We all loved the vegetable spring rolls at last years buffet and I used to love duck pancakes so I’m really looking forward to these. £1.99 each (vegetable spring rolls are £0.99)
Vegan Cocktail Sausage Rolls
Who doesn’t love a tiny sausage roll (or 10) at Christmas? Last year I got mine from Sainsbury’s but this year I’ll give Aldi’s a go. You get 20 in a pack so you might need a few! £0.99 each (although mine went through the till as £0.75!)
Vegan Cauliflower Bites
These sweet chilli cauliflower and pumpkin bites look so tasty! I love M&S’s cauliflower wings so I can’t wait for these! £1.99 each
Vegan Wreath Centrepiece
A chestnut mushroom, butternut squash and fruit stuffing pastry wreath. This would be great instead of turkey! £3.99 each
Vegan Stuffing Balls
You can choose from sage and onion or ruby port and spices apple. Don’t forget that Aldi’s Quixo stuffing mix is also suitable for vegans and is 32p a box! £2.49 each
Specially Selected Dim Sum
These aren’t out until 12th September but it will include 5 spiced jackfruit dumplings, mushroom and jackfruit bao buns and masa’s an curry vegetable Shuimai. £2.99 each.
Aldi are back again with their suitable for vegans churros! Apparently they’ve been vegan for years but I didn’t know until recently when I saw an Instagram post!
What do you think the best vegan Christmas food in Aldi is this year?
