Simple to make and impossible to resist, Kinder Bueno Brownies are your next go-to recipe for birthdays, holidays, or cozy nights in. Grab your apron, and let’s turn your kitchen into a hazelnut-chocolate paradise!

If you wanted to add an extra layer of hazelnut goodness you could swirl hazelnut spread on top of the brownies just before you add the final layer of Kinder Buenos on top of the brownies mix. I can recommend the M&S hazelnut creme spread or if you want to go all how about this massive 6kg Hazelnut spread?! You’d have plenty left over for lots and lots of fluffy pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 225g Dark Chocolate

  • 225g Unsalted Butter

  • 3 Eggs

  • 225g Caster Sugar

  • 75g Self Raising Flour

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3 Kinder Buenos

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 170ºc and line a brownie tin (22x22cm) with baking parchment.
  • Melt 225g of chocolate with the butter (I did this in the microwave in 10 second bursts to make sure the butter didn’t burn).
  • Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and thick. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs and stir until thoroughly combined. Fold in the flour, salt and vanilla extract.
  • Pour half the mixture into the tin making sure you get it right into the corners. Chop half the Kinder Buenos and scatter over the brownie mix. Top with the remaining brownie batter and finish with another layer of chopped Kinder Bueno.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow to cool before slicing into 9 pieces (or less if you want smaller ones).
