An easy dessert for two.
2/3 cup Double Cream
100g Dark Chocolate
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Boiling Water
This chocolate mousse recipe makes enough for two people. it’s pretty quick to make compared to other mousses as it has few ingredients. The longest part of the recipe is allowing it to chill in the fridge. It’s the hardest part too as it’s very tempting to dig in straight away.

Mix the cocoa powder and boiling water until smooth. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate by breaking it into pieces and microwaving at 10 second intervals. Mix together and allow to cool.
Put the sugar and cream in a bowl and whisk for about 1 minute until it forms stiff peaks. Pour in 1/3 of the chocolate mixture and fold in until there's no lumps. Add the rest of the chocolate and fold carefully until fully combined.
