Kinder Bueno Brownies
Ingredients
-
225g Dark Chocolate
-
225g Unsalted Butter
-
3 Eggs
-
225g Caster Sugar
-
75g Self Raising Flour
-
1/2 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
3 Kinder Bueno
Directions
Kinder Bueno Brownies are a crowd pleaser! This is my favourite brownie recipe with the addition of Kinder Bueno pieces. The brownie itself is rich and gooey and the Kinder Bueno is not only on top but scatted through the middle too. You could use your favourite chocoalte bar instead of Kinder Buenos or try my Cheesecake Brownies!
Preheat the oven to 170ºc and line a brownie tin (22x22cm) with baking parchment.
Melt 225g of chocolate with the butter (I did this in the microwave in 10 second bursts to make sure the butter didn’t burn).
Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and thick. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs and stir until thoroughly combined. Fold in the flour, salt and vanilla extract.
Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow to cool before slicing into 9 pieces (or less if you want smaller ones).

I love kinder buenos so these brownies sound great! My whole family loves brownies too though so they wouldn’t last long.
