Did you know that you can make granola in the air fryer? This air fryer granola recipe is so easy to make, easily to customise and is vegan and dairy free. It only takes 25 minute full prep and cooking time and makes around 10 portions. I make this every other weekend and it keeps in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

What Can I Add To Air Fryer Granola?

The great thing about homemade granola is how easy it is to customise. You can use whatever nuts, seeds and dried fruit you have available.

Some of my favourite additions include:

  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Peanuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Raisins
  • Sultanas
  • Dried cranberries
  • Coconut
  • Chocolate chips

If you are adding chocolate chips, make sure the granola has completely cooled first so that they don’t melt.

How To Store Homemade Granola

Allow your granola to cool completely before storing it. Keep it in an airtight container at room temperature.

It should stay crunchy for several days, although I find homemade granola rarely lasts that long!
