Melt in the Middle Chocolate Orange Puddings

Ingredients
100g Dark Chocolate
25g Unsalted Butter
25g Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
15g Flour
Zest of 1 Orange plus 2 tbsp juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc/350ºf and butter two ramekins (approx 150ml). Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts. Add the flour, butter, egg and sugar and mix well until there are no lumps. Add the orange zest and juice and mix again.
- Pour into the greased ramekins or moulds and bake for 9 minutes. If it’s still very runny wait until the top is just set.
